Coaching Inertia . . .

     . . . the Results

Movement and Momentum

We will identify and prioritize the current challenges and opportunities and you will decide what to

focus on. And then you will leap from the lily pad…waaaaa-hoooo!  Once you have leapt, we will have some new information from your actual (rather than theoretical) experience such as water temperature and water current, distance to shore, your stamina, your new swimming buddies, unforeseen obstacles etc.  And since a body in motion tends to stay in motion, you will be riding the momentum wave baby!

Resiliency and Buoyancy

All of those insights, all of that wisdom, all of those fortune cookies that you have spent your life collecting are the tools you will use to keep moving forward, face new difficulties and possibilities, and take new risks.  And at every point along the way you will amaze yourself with your resiliency and buoyancy, soon you will feel completely confident in your ability to leap from lily pad to lily pad, gracefully and confidently.

Commitment and Consistency

And because change, like coaching, is a process not an event, you will develop new habits and beliefs that boost your commitment to continue blending insight and action in a perfectly proportioned way that is self-sustainable, dependable and energizing.  Now that is what I am talking about!
